Does it integrate with my current calendar, CRM or ERP?
Yes. I integrate with Google Calendar, Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Notion, Airtable, custom CRMs/ERPs via REST API, or even a Google Sheet. The bot writes directly into what you already use, with no migration. If your tool is uncommon, we'll confirm during the discovery call.
How do you handle data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)?
Hosting region is your choice (US, EU, Brazil or self-hosted). The contract includes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compatible with GDPR, CCPA and LGPD. You are the controller, Dcoder Dev is the processor. PII is masked in logs by default.
Do I need to pay for the official WhatsApp Business API?
Not necessarily. I work with Evolution API (community, low-cost, ideal to start) or with the official WhatsApp Business API via Meta (more expensive, required for high-volume operations and approved templates). The choice is made on the discovery call based on your volume and budget.
Can I cancel if it doesn't work for me?
Yes, after the 6-month minimum commitment. And even within those 6 months, if I fail to deliver a working demo by week 2, I refund 50% of the deposit, no questions asked.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. The bot identifies the location from conversation context or from the WhatsApp number used. Each location can have its own calendar, staff and pricing. No extra setup fee for additional locations.
Who trains my team?
I do. 1-hour live training (Google Meet or Zoom), recorded, plus video documentation for future hires. Your team learns to use the panel, take over conversations, and adjust basic responses themselves.
What if my message volume grows significantly?
The architecture scales. Enge10 has been processing 200+ messages per day for 8 months without downtime. If your volume grows past 1,000/day, we discuss infrastructure upgrades, but that's good news, it means it's working.
Is there a formal contract?
Yes. A simple, direct service agreement with clear scope, deadlines, guarantee and data processing terms. You receive it for review before signing. No surprise clauses.
How do payments work for international clients?
USD payments via international wire transfer, Wise, Stripe or Deel. Formal invoice issued by Dcoder Dev for accounting. Accepted currencies: USD (default), EUR, GBP. Same business hours overlap is arranged flexibly.
