## The whole product.

MisterTask starts from a problem that is easy to state and expensive to forget: building maintenance has legal deadlines, and missing one means a fine. The platform ships ready task libraries per segment — residential buildings, schools, hotels, industry and gyms — warns over WhatsApp and email before anything lapses, and requires a photo as proof the work was done. A works module tracks renovations by phase, with orders, quotes and material control. The dashboard opens on what is due, what is overdue and what is in progress, and the navigation adapts to the segment.

Buildings, schools, hotels, industry and gyms start with their own maintenance calendar, not an empty list.

Daily digest and alerts over WhatsApp, email and push, so fire certificates, extinguishers and structural reports surface before they become a fine.

### Photo proof

A task only closes with a visual record, compressed in the browser before upload.

### Phased works

Renovations tracked from planning to handover, with orders, quotes and material consumption.

### Barcode scanning

Material moves in and out through the phone camera, with no typing and no separate app.

A PWA with a home screen icon, for the caretaker to use standing in the hallway, without a computer.

03 ARCHITECTURE & TECHNOLOGY 

## Behind the interface.

Next.js App Router sobre Supabase, com RLS por organização

Next.js 15 with React 19 on both sides, and Supabase for database, auth, storage and realtime. Tenant isolation lives in the database through Row Level Security rather than in application code. Notifications leave through Edge Functions: WhatsApp via Z-API, email via Resend.
