product.
One neighborhood marketplace platform, already live in five Brazilian cities: Mauá (SP), Capanema (PA), Vinhedo (SP), Itariri (SP) and Palmas (TO). Mauá is the most mature deployment, run with the city programme Integra MEMP: stores, services, hotels and restaurants in a single catalog, with an events agenda and a track for local entrepreneurs. Sellers manage their stores, products and orders through dedicated dashboards; buyers get cart, checkout, reviews and wishlists. The system features MercadoPago split payments (PIX and card) with automatic vendor payouts, neighborhood delivery zones, affiliate tracking and AI product creation with Google Gemini. Built as a React 19 and Express.js monorepo, deployed on Railway with GitHub Actions CI/CD, including LGPD consent management, PWA support and a recommendation engine.
