Over 13 years of engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science. Experience across industrial platforms, marketplaces, distributed systems and AI automation.

Founder & Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Design, build and maintain full-stack web apps, business systems and internal tools for a recurring portfolio of business clients (construction, property management, marketplaces, retail) — most return month over month for new work. Built and maintain Enge10's three systems — Finance, occupational health & safety, and time tracking. The Finance system (app.enge10.online) is the most used system in the portfolio, running daily.
Blockchain Software Engineer
Built and maintained Hyperledger-based blockchain networks supporting national-scale research, education, and Web3 innovation across Brazil. Designed scalable and secure distributed ledger solutions using Fabric, Besu, Bevel, and Ethereum, deployed on Kubernetes with Helm charts.
Chief Information Officer & Full-Stack Engineer
Architected and built production-ready PWAs from scratch using Vue.js, React.js, and the MERN stack, delivering seamless user experiences and reliable performance. Developed smart contracts on Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric for carbon credit management and sustainability projects.

With a conversation about your context, priorities, integrations and timeline. From there, we define the next step and, once the scope is clear, a proposal.
Who will work on my project?
André leads and writes the code. For work outside engineering, such as design, marketing and infrastructure, DCODER brings in specialists from its network, currently more than 17 professionals. You are told before anyone joins, and DCODER stays accountable for the delivery.
Do you work with existing products?
Yes. We can work on architecture, interfaces, integrations, performance, automation and technical direction, including alongside your team.
Is there support after launch?
Projects can include monitoring, maintenance and continuous evolution. Support arrangements and response times are defined in the contract.
How does contracting work?
DCODER is a registered Brazilian business working with formal contracts and invoices. Scope, deliverables and terms are defined before work begins.
