Grupo Enge10 ran on spreadsheets, a time clock that did not speak to finance, and tool control done on paper. Sistenor is the platform that replaced all of it: seven systems sharing one registry of companies, sites, workers and suppliers, behind a single sign-in. Finance owns the central registry and the others read from it. People on site use the tool crib tablet or the time clock app; people in the office use finance and engineering. Identity is shared, so removing somebody cuts access to every system at once.

One central registry
Companies, sites, workers and suppliers live in one place. The other systems read from it, and nobody types the same record twice.
REP-P time clock
Clock-in from the phone and from an installable app, with face recognition, inside the REP-P rules.
RFID tool crib
A cabinet driven by a PLC with RFID reading, operated from a tablet, with the management panel alongside and per-worker authorisation.
Workplace safety
Work fronts, hazards, corrective actions and safety standards tracked per site.
Site diary and contracts
Daily reports and contracts tied to the same sites finance uses, with no parallel spreadsheet.

A single identity across all seven systems. Same password everywhere, and offboarding happens in one place.

Each system has its own repository, deployment and cadence, and all of them lean on the same registry schema and the same identity provider. Face recognition is a shared library between the time clock and the tool crib rather than two implementations. The cabinet has its own microcontroller firmware and an agent that talks to the tablet.
